Marinette County Sheriff Randy Miller reports that at 12:54 p.m. on Saturday, June 13, 2026, Marinette
County Dispatch was notified of a single motorcycle crash that happened on County Highway Z near Fur
Farm Drive in the Town of Beecher. The caller, who was an off-duty Marinette County Sheriff’s Office
patrol sergeant, reported coming upon the crash on the side of the roadway.
The investigation indicates that a Harley Davidson Trike operated by Gary I. Yaggie, age 74, of Dunbar,
Wisconsin was traveling east on County Highway Z when he failed to negotiate a curve and went into the
ditch, striking a tree. Yaggie, who was not wearing a helmet, sustained fatal injuries.
The crash remains under investigation by the Marinette County Sheriff’s Office and the Marinette County
Medical Examiner’s Office. Also assisting at the scene were members of the Beecher Dunbar Pembine
Fire Department, Pembine-Dunbar-Beecher Rescue, and Integrity Care EMS.
