This meeting is solely for informational purposes with the project contractor, local
businesses, officials, and affected property owners. The discussion will focus on the
project’s scope, the construction schedule, and access for vehicles and pedestrians
during construction.
A majority of the members of the Marinette County Board of Supervisors, the Crivitz
Village Board, or the Town of Stephenson Town Board, including any of their
committees, may be present at this meeting to listen, observe, and participate. If a
majority of any of these bodies is present, it constitutes a meeting under the Open
Meetings Law, even if members of the County Board, Village Board, or Town Board do
not take any action during this meeting.
If a quorum of the Marinette County Board of Supervisors, the Crivitz Village Board, or
the Town of Stephenson Town Board is present, this notice will satisfy the public notice
requirement as outlined in Wisconsin’s Open Meeting Law.
