Healthy Kids Day is a national YMCA initiative dedicated to helping kids and families build healthy habits, stay active, and celebrate the importance of wellness. Each year, Ys across the country host events that inspire children to move, learn, and grow—and we’re excited to bring that energy to our community! Join us on April 18th for our Healthy Kids Day event from 11 AM–1 PM at the Northern Lights YMCA main building for a fun, engaging day filled with activities, resources, and hands-on opportunities for families to explore healthy living together. May is Mental Health Awareness month! Mental health and wellness are critical components of any healthy community, yet too often those around us suffer in isolation.
