IRON RIVER, Mich. – With every contract and every bargaining group, Aspirus negotiates in good faith to arrive at terms that support our threefold commitment to our patients, to all our valuable team members across the system, and to the communities we serve.
We are pleased that we achieved this outcome at Aspirus Iron River and that our colleagues have voted to ratify a new agreement which includes measures that help enhance Aspirus’ ability to more closely align across our system on key aspects of compensation and to solve workplace challenges more effectively.
