IRON MOUNTAIN, MI- Attorney Jacob Spear will host an informative educational seminar on the basics of Estate Planning and Elder Law at the Dickinson County Library Main Branch on Wednesday, January 15 from 11:00 AM-12:30 PM.
This adult program will cover estate planning, trusts and wills, protecting assets, power of attorney and more. Following the program, there will be a Q&A session and resources available for those who are interested.
Whether you are concerned about losing your home to pay for nursing home costs or have young children that could benefit from early planning, this event will provide you with information at an easy-to-understand level.
Attorney Spear has been practicing Estate Planning and Elder Law for seven years and is licensed in both Wisconsin and Michigan. He practices with Heirloom Law Group P.C. which serves Northern Wisconsin and the Upper Peninsula of Michigan.
The Dickinson County Library helps the community find its story.
