The Iron Mountain City Council Monday night granted a special use permit to Dunkin’, formerly Dunkin Donuts, to build a restaurant in Iron Mountain. The location would be 1001 South Stephenson Avenue. The former Ivy Manor Interior building currently sits on that site. A Dunkin’ spokesman says if all falls into place, they hope to begin construction in the spring.
