(Kingsford, MI) On 12/18/19 at 2:00AM, Kingsford Public Safety Department was dispatched for a structure fire at 2201 W. Breen Ave. Upon arrival, Officers observed the visible flames coming from the house. Officers were on scene until 5:30AM. The cause of the fire is still under investigation.
A Kingsford Public Safety Officer and the resident had to be treated for minor injuries. Officers were assisted on scene by DCSO, IMPD, WE Energies and DTE.
