(IRON MOUNTAIN, MI.)–A woman who set her home on fire has been ordered to serve time in prison. Thirty-Two year old Theresa Lynn Nowaczyk is credited with a year already served in the Dickinson County Correctional Center. The maximum penalty for her Arson charges was 20 years. The building was located on Vulcan Street in Iron Mountain. No one was in the home at the time of the fire. No one was injured in battling the blaze. The home was valued at $47,000. The jury deliberated for 15-minutes before returning the guilty as charged pleas.
