08:59 pm deputies responded to a residence in Harris Township for a report of an argument in progress. Upon arriving on scene and conducting an investigation, a 34-year-old Wilson man was arrested for assault. He was transported to the Menominee County Jail where he was lodged without incident.
11/08/2017
02:20 pm deputies responded to a one vehicle rollover in Holmes Township. Upon arriving on scene, the driver had left the area and failed to report the accident. After further investigation it was found that a vehicle driven by Thomas Fenno (23) of Vulcan was attempting to navigate a corner and was distracted by his cell phone causing him to run on the shoulder of the roadway. Fenno then over corrected and lost control causing him to slide in the ditch and overturn. No injuries were reported however the vehicle had to be towed from the scene. Fenno was arrested for failure to stop and identify after a property damage accident. He was given a court date and released to appear before 95A District Court of Menominee.
11/09/2017
07:30 am a deputy responded to a one vehicle rollover in Menominee Township. A vehicle driven by Hunter Wroblewski (17) of Menominee was traveling on Elmwood Road when he lost control on some ice. Wroblewski ran off of the roadway, overturned and then struck a tree. No injuries were reported and the vehicle sustained functional damage.
12:12 pm a deputy arrested Brian Roggendorf (43) of Menominee in the City of Menominee. The warrant was a 5 count warrant for probation violations out of 41st Circuit Court of Menominee. Roggendorf was transported to the Menominee County Jail where he was lodged without incident.
07:26 pm a deputy was advised to respond to a private property accident in Menominee Township. Upon arriving on scene the caller stated that someone backed into her car while it was parked. An investigation was conducted and the suspect was located. Information was exchanged and the report was closed.

12:05 pm a deputy was contacted by Kingsford Public Safety in reference to some possible stolen property in Menominee County. Contact was made with a Stephenson Township man and the stolen item was recovered. The property was turned over to Kingsford Public Safety for further investigation.
11/11/2017
05:51 am a deputy responded to a one vehicle rollover in Stephenson Township. A vehicle driven by Cynthia Baumler (52) of Marinette, WI, was traveling on snow covered roads when she lost control causing her to rollover. No injuries were reported and the vehicle sustained disabling damage.
12:10 pm a deputy responded to a one vehicle traffic crash in Harris Township. A vehicle driven by Cara Cook (45) of Wells, lost control on slippery roads and ran into the ditch. No injuries were reported but the vehicle sustained disabling damage and had to be towed from the scene.

09:18 am a deputy responded to a one vehicle rollover in Harris Township. The driver, Lawrence Ferguson (55) of Lombard, IL, lost control on an icy patch of road and ran off of the roadway and over turned. Ferguson was uninjured but his vehicle sustained disabling damage and had to be towed from the scene.
10:15 am a deputy responded to a one vehicle property damage accident in Holmes Township. The driver James Gerbenskey (60) of Port Charlotte, FL, lost control on icy roads and ran off the roadway and struck some trees. Neither he nor his passenger were injured but the vehicle sustained minor damage and had to be towed from the scene.
04:31 pm deputies responded to a 2-vehicle traffic accident in Menominee Township. Upon arriving deputies found one vehicle on its side with the driver, Chad Lemery (29) of Menominee, still in the vehicle. Deputies found that the driver of the other vehicle had left the scene. The second driver, Todd Raminger (42) of Menominee, was later located and arrested for leaving the scene of an accident, driving while license revoked and violation of his parole. Raminger was transported to the Menominee County Jail where he was lodged without incident. Deputies found that Raminger had slid into the intersection which caused the accident. Raminger reported no injuries however Lemery sustained minor injuries. Both vehicles sustained disabling damage and had to be towed from the scene.
05:20 pm a deputy responded to a one vehicle property damage accident in Menominee Township. The driver, Samuel Morrow (71) of Menominee, was traveling on wet snow-covered roads when he lost control and ran into the ditch. He came to rest up against some small trees which causes some damage to the vehicle. No injuries were reported.

08:00 am a deputy arrested a 45-year-old Escanaba man on a valid warrant in Harris Township. The warrant was for failure to appear to show cause out of 41st Circuit Court of Menominee. He was able to post the required bond and was release with a court date and time to appear.
02:00 pm a deputy arrested Max Scheeneman (21) of Gladstone on a valid warrant in Delta County. The warrant was for failure to appear to show cause out of 95A District Court of Menominee. Scheeneman was transported to the Menominee County Jail where he was lodged without incident.

09:33 am a deputy was dispatched to a residence in Cedarville Township for a report of a breaking and entering. The caller stated her residence was broken into in the last week and several items were taken. An investigation was conducted and is ongoing.
03:40 pm a deputy responded to a two-vehicle traffic accident in the City of Stephenson. A vehicle driven by Jeffrey Doboy (17) of Menominee was traveling south bound when a vehicle traveling north bound on the same road, driven by Chandler Strahl (17) of Stephenson, crossed the centerline to avoid an animal in the roadway. Both vehicles then tried to avoid each other by turning into the same driveway and collided. No injuries were reported and both vehicle sustained functional damage and were driven from the scene.
07:20 pm deputies responded to a report of a personal protection order violation in Harris Township. The caller stated the respondent entered her residence which is a violation of the order. The caller advised the suspect had left the area prior to Deputies arriving. The caller did not want the suspect in trouble just wanted it reported.

03:20 pm a deputy responded to a one vehicle private property accident in Spalding Township. The business requested a report be completed since a customer struck a light pole and was reporting minor injury.
05:34 pm a deputy was dispatched to a hit and run accident that occurred in Harris Township. The caller stated he was traveling on US 2 & 41 when a vehicle that was passing him struck his vehicle. An investigation was conducted and closed.

09:33 am a deputy responded to an address in Harris Township for a report of a larceny. The caller stated he had some items stolen from his residence. An investigation was conducted and is ongoing.
10:00 pm a deputy arrested Henry Williams (34) of Wilson on a valid warrant in Delta County. The warrant was for failure to appear to show cause out of 41st Circuit Court of Menominee. Williams was transported to the Menominee County Jail where he was lodged without incident.

09:40 am a deputy was contacted by a resident of Daggett Township in reference to his vehicle being damaged on private property. The caller stated his vehicle was damaged by a vehicle that was driverless and rolled across the road. The driverless vehicle struck the parked car and caused some minor damage to the rear of the car.
10:32 am a deputy was advised to contact a female in reference to a trespassing compliant that occurred in Lake Township. The complainant advised that this is an ongoing problem and would like the suspect warned of criminal trespass.
11:00 am a deputy located some chewing tobacco in a vehicle on school property while conducting a random drug search in the City of Stephenson. A 17-year-old Wallace man was arrested for violation of youth tobacco act – possession. He was given a court date and time to appear before 95A District Court of Menominee and was released.
12:45 pm a deputy received an identity theft complaint while at the office in the City of Stephenson. The complainant stated someone attempted to use her information to receive unemployment benefits. Her information was taken and she was advised to sign up with a credit monitoring service to ensure no other fraudulent activity was taking place with her information.

02:47 pm deputies along with Mid-County 114 and Cedarville Fire responded to a one vehicle personal injury accident in Cedarville Township. A vehicle driven by Allison Galloway (36) of Cedar River lost control of her vehicle and struck a tree. Galloway was transported to the hospital for her injuries and the vehicle sustained disabling damage and had to be towed from the scene. Galloway was cited for violation of the basis speed law.
Deputies responded to 19 vehicles vs. animal complaints, the K-9’s were called for assistance 5 times and 2 salvage vehicle inspections were conducted.
