(FELCH, MI.)–Three men face marijuana charges. That follows drug enforcement investigators seizing over 30-pounds of marijuana from a Felch Township home earlier this year, in April. One of the individuals accepted a plea deal in that case. Fifty year old Clifford Lautzenheiser, , of Niagara, pleaded guilty to delivery of marijuana and two counts of maintaining a drug house. Lautzenheiser pleaded guilty to a jail sentence in place of serving time in prison in a plea deal with the prosecutor. The prosecutor also dismissed two delivery of marijuana charges, and one count of maintaining a drug house. On April 4, Lautzenheiser and 46-year-old Lee Edward Blomquist of Felch were arrested by the KIND Drug Enforcement team. During the continued investigation, KIND officers purchased marijuana from Lautzenheiser on multiple occasions. Officers found 37- pounds of pre-packaged marijuana at the Felch home owned by 71-year old Norman Blomquist. Lautzenheiser is scheduled for sentencing on Sept. 18. The 71-year old home owner is scheduled for a pre-trial conference in January.
