03/13/2018
11:40 am a deputy responded to a residence in the City of Stephenson for a report of a probation violation. Upon further investigation, Nicolas Phillips (28) of Stephenson was arrested for violating his probation out of 95A District Court of Menominee. Phillips was transported to the Menominee County Jail where he was lodged without incident.
03:01 pm a deputy responded to a family dispute in Spalding Township. Upon further investigation the incident was found to just be a heated argument with several family members. The incident was closed with no further action taken.
03/14/2018
12:40 am a deputy initiated a traffic stop on a vehicle for defective equipment in the City of Menominee. Upon further investigation the driver, Michelle Mattox (35) of Marinette, WI was arrested for no operator’s license. Mattox was given a court date and time to appear before 95A District Court of Menominee and was released.
11:05 am a deputy arrested Brian Blom (52) of Menominee on a valid warrant in the City of Menominee. The warrant was for failure to appear for arraignment out of 95A District Court of Menominee. Blom was able to post the required bond and was released.
01:18 pm a deputy initiated a traffic stop on a vehicle in the City of Menominee for failure to use turn signal. Upon further investigation the driver, Donald Walters (40) of Menominee was arrested for operating while license suspended. Walters was transported to the Menominee County Jail where he was lodged without incident. Walters was given a written warning for failure to use turn signal.

12:00 pm a deputy arrested Jeffery Imhoff (43) of Menominee on a valid warrant in the City of Menominee. The warrant was for failure to appear for show cause out of 95A District Court of Menominee. Imhoff was transported to the Menominee County Jail where he was lodged without incident.
05:50 pm a deputy initiated a traffic stop on a vehicle for speed in Nadeau Township. Upon further investigation the driver, Jacob Laack (19) of Muskego, WI was arrested for no operator’s license and given a citation for speed. Laack was given a court date and time to appear before 95A District Court of Menominee and was released.

01:55 am a deputy initiated a traffic stop on a vehicle for speed in Nadeau Township. Upon further investigation the driver, Hui Frantz (57) of Menominee was arrested for operating while intoxicated and was given a citation for speed. Frantz was transported to the Menominee County Jail where she was lodged without incident.
03:55 pm a deputy was advised of a credit card fraud compliant in Meyer Township. The caller stated that someone used her Wal-Mart online account. The account was closed and a report was put on file.

12:50 pm a deputy responded to a residence in Holmes Township for a larceny complaint. The caller stated he had some property stolen from a residence and no one was given permission to take it. An investigation was conducted and is ongoing.

12:17 am a deputy initiated a traffic stop on a vehicle for suspicion of intoxicated driving in the City of Menominee. Upon further investigation the driver, Christine Renne (36) of Menominee was arrested for operating while intoxicated, driving while license suspended and transporting open intoxicants in a motor vehicle. Renne was transported to the Menominee County Jail where she was lodged without incident.
08:50 pm a deputy was dispatched to a residence in Nadeau Township for a report of a breaking and entering that had occurred. The caller stated she had some items stolen from her residence recently. An investigation was conducted and is ongoing.

12:13 pm a deputy responded to a residence in Menominee Township for a dog bite complaint. The caller stated he was bitten by a dog when the dog was able to push the door open when a resident of the house was answering the door. The dog was up to date on all vaccines. The caller did not want to seek medical treatment at the time of the bit.

09:14 am a deputy along with Mellen Fire Department were dispatched to a fully engulfed structure fire on G-08 in Wallace. The structure on fire was the Eland residence and it was a total loss. It is unknown as to the cause of the fire at this time. Menominee/Ingallston and Stephenson Fire Departments assisted on scene. No injuries were reported.

02:57 am deputies were dispatched to O-4 Ln in Menominee Township for a suspicious situation. Upon arriving on scene, it was found that a juvenile female had stolen her mother’s car without permission and left it parked along the roadway. The juvenile was located a short time later and turned over to Probate/Family court for possible charges.

10:36 am a deputy responded to a residence in Menominee Township for a forgery complaint. The caller stated he had some checks stolen and the suspect is forging his name on them and cashing them. The caller also stated he had some other items stolen from in his home as well as out of his garage. The investigation is ongoing.
02:00 pm a deputy responded to a residence in Nadeau Township for a report of a phone/computer scam. The caller stated she received a call from what she believed what a legitimate computer tech support company that informed her that her computer was about to crash due to viruses. She paid them to correct the problem however it was a scam and they had already collected her money before she realized it. A report was completed and an investigation was conducted into the matter.
03/25/2018
10:10 am a deputy arrested Wade Tatrow (50) of Powers on a valid warrant in Spalding Township. The warrant was for failure to appear out of 41st Circuit Court of Menominee. Tatrow was transported to the Menominee County Jail where he was lodged without incident.
Deputies responded to 5 vehicle vs. animal complaints, the K-9’s were called for assistance 3 times and 3 salvage vehicle inspections were conducted.
